Before we have LR in the crypto space, we need unique blockchain identities. If I can create more than 1 identity for myself, I can pay $2 for 2 votes on the same topic instead of $4. We need not only a way to attest identities but to contest people using multiple identities. For the contestation step, we need something like Kleros or Ulex.
